Our Home and Community Care Services include; Support Coordination, Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, Home Modifications and Maintenance, Respite Care, Social Support, Transport and Access, and Lawn and Garden Maintenance.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:00pm.
Domestic Assistance
Bathroom cleaning, changes of linen, laundry, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming, meal preparation
Social Support
Social outings, escort to medical appointments, assisting with shopping and attending family events
Home Modifications
Bathroom modifications, kitchen modifications, handheld shower, ramps, widening of openings, grabrails, handrails, installation of appropriate lever tap sets or lever door handles.
Lawn and Garden Maintenance
Lawn mowing, pruning of hedges, tree trimming, tidying up of garden
Personal Care
Shower assistance – transferring, dress, wash, dry, full personal care assistance, standby, managing prompt medication and continence management
Transport and Access
Transportation services to help the care recipient shop, attend medical appointments or attend social activities
Home Maintenance
Gutter cleans, window cleans, plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs
