The Community Operations department of Coast Community Connection has recently been acquired by Healthcare Australia. This includes the Home and Community Care Services.

The CCCL staff have all transferred to Healthcare Australia and continuing to provide services to their regular customers. At CCCL are delighted with this development as we feel that HCA’s values are aligned with ours and they will bring greater training and support for staff that will lead to better outcomes for our valued customers.

Bathroom cleaning, changes of linen, laundry, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming, meal preparation

Social outings, escort to medical appointments, assisting with shopping and attending family events

Shower assistance – transferring, dress, wash, dry, full personal care assistance, standby, managing prompt medication and continence management
Transport and Access
Transportation services to help the care recipient shop, attend medical appointments or attend social activities
