Home and Community Care Services
Our Aged Care team provides support to older people helping them maintain an active, independent lifestyle. This includes providing support directly to clients, carers and their families across the Central Coast.
Aged care in your home is a great way to help you stay living safely and independently. Our services are personalised to meet your needs. Our team provide a holistic approach to your specific support and care requirements.
Our approach provides short term or long term support and we work with you to identify your goals, strengths and skills. Our packages also ensure your cultural and unique preferences are acknowledged and respected.
Our support can be flexible as your needs, circumstances and goals change and of course, within your budget.
